What is not included in your clean!

Pet waste

The cleaners specialize in standard household cleaning and will be not able to clean up your pets’ waste. Exposure to urine, feces, and any other bodily fluids can be a health hazard.

Floor

Grout cleaning, floor polishing, floor scrubbing, carpet shampoo, carpet stain/odor removal.

Electronic screens 

TV, computer, etc. are not touched, the back and top is dusted.

Gaming consoles

Due to gaming consoles being delicate, we do not lift gaming consoles to clean under. We will clean around unless homeowner moves consoles for the team.

Moving heavy items

Furniture (other than chairs that can be lifted with one hand) or appliances, such as refrigerators or ovens. You are welcome to move them for the team if you want those areas cleaned. Moving heavy items is a liability.

Bathroom

Stubborn hard water marks, stubborn bathroom stains, mold and mildew under the caulking.

High reach area

We will do as far as we can with a two-step/ three- step stool like most professional house cleaners, however our insurance does limit us to that tool.

Large amounts of mold

Some mold is understandable and won’t pose health risks to your cleaning team, but when there is black mold throughout the home (for example, on the ceilings) that’s when house cleaners know this job is out of their expertise.
